Microsoft Teams
Two ways to combine your phone system with Teams, depending on how much of the calling experience should live inside Teams:
- Direct Routing — keep the Taridium phone system as your PBX, with Teams as the softphone endpoint. Users call and receive calls right in Teams, with your existing auto attendant, call routing, and features running underneath.
- Numbers routed into Teams Phone System — hand some or all of your business numbers to Microsoft’s own Teams Phone System, so Teams itself becomes the calling platform for those lines.
Slack
- Get a channel notification for every missed call
- Incoming SMS replies posted to a shared channel
- Voicemail-to-email forwarded into Slack
- Daily call summary posted automatically
